Judge received a sealed packet from Margainey Lathroop, wife and widow of Andrew Lathroop decd, and from Joseph Killian - will of sd. decd... estate to his wife Margainey Lathroop... Jos. Killian and his wife executors. Dated Dec. 3, 1819. Dec. 31, 1819 - Inv. at the house of Aaron Grinnage where Andrew Lathroop died and where his movable effects are located: house and lot in Montpelier; miscellaneous. Total $1063. Feb. 15, 1820 - Pet. of Margainey Lathroop to have a curator appointed to represent her unborn child [this would be Andrew Mercer], that she is in an advanced state of pregnancy. That Aaron Grinage, father of petitioner, be appointed. Sept. 7, 1821 - Account current of Joseph Killian, executor."
